Artwork Return Policy
Our return and refund policy is valid for 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Postal and administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your returned artwork is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be processed if the item is defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange the artwork for the same piece (if available), a request must be sent by email to the gallery/center.
Shipping Costs
To return your artwork, it must be shipped to the address provided.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
The time required to receive an exchanged item may vary depending on your location.
